If you are interested to purchase a costume from our webpage, please contact the owner of the costume directly to agree on delivery and payment. The contact details of the owner for each costume is listed at the bottom of the description of the relevant costume.

We do not charge any fee or commission on the sale or purchase of a costume.

As a general rule, we do not get involved in the actual sale and purchase of a costume. However, if you would like us to liaise with the owner on your behalf, we would be happy to do so. Please email irene@mai.com.hk.

To sell your dresses through our website, you will need to send us the following information:

• Two pictures of the dresses (one front view, and one back view)
• Description of the dresses (including, size or measurements, brief description of the material used, condition of the dress or any other points you wish to elaborate that would help to sell your dress)
• Your asking price for the dress
• Your contact details.

Upon receipt of your information, we will put your dresses on our website accordingly. This service is free of charge.

Please note however that M.A.I. does not get involved or take any responsibility in the actual purchase or sale of the dresses. We would direct any interested parties to liaise with you directly, whereupon you will arrange with purchaser the final price, delivery and payment.

We only ask that you inform us when your dresses are sold, so we can update our web.

All the information contained in the costume webpage is supplied by individual costume owners. M.A.I. does not make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of the information, or the fitness for your purpose.

The sale and purchase of a costume is a private agreement between you and the costume owner. M.A.I. does not participate in a sale or purchase transaction and it does not bear any responsibilities, legal or otherwise, in the sale or purchase of a costume.

M.A.I. may in its absolute discretion decide whether an advertisement sent in by a dress owner will be put on the webpage and when an advertisement will be removed.
